Filed through the Revenue Department's electronic system with complete document and business plan preparation

VAT Registration — Full Support Until You Receive PP.20

Once your business revenue from goods or services exceeds 1,800,000 THB per year, the law requires you to register for VAT within 30 days. You may also register voluntarily — even before reaching that threshold — if you need to issue tax invoices. We handle everything from initial consultation, document preparation, and electronic filing with the Revenue Department, to advising you when a Revenue Department officer visits your premises.

What You'll Get from Our Service

VAT Advisory

We advise on registration thresholds, VAT obligations, and the pros and cons of registering for VAT for your specific business — whether you are an individual or a juristic person — including businesses exempt under the law.

Document Preparation and Registration Filing

We prepare all required registration documents, create the business plan form for you to complete, then file the VAT registration through the Revenue Department's electronic system.

Advisory During Revenue Department Site Inspection

After filing, a Revenue Department officer will schedule an on-site inspection to verify your business address, signage, and documents. We advise you on how to prepare your premises and what documents to have ready. If the officer requests additional documents, our team is here to help you resolve any issues until approval is granted.

Post-Registration Obligations Guidance

We explain your monthly PP.30 filing obligations, how to issue tax invoices, how to maintain input and output tax reports, and all legal deadlines — so your business operates in full compliance.

VAT Registration Process

Step 1

Consultation and Information Gathering

We discuss your business type, revenue, and registration status, then advise on required documents. You send us all information and documents, and we provide a business plan sample form for you to complete and return.

Step 2

Document Preparation and Filing

Our team prepares all registration documents, verifies completeness and accuracy, then files the VAT registration through the Revenue Department's electronic system. You receive PP.01 and PP.01.1 confirmation documents.

Step 3

Revenue Department On-Site Inspection

The local Revenue Department officer will schedule a visit to verify your actual business premises — checking signage, location, and documents. If everything is in order, they will notify you to await your PP.20. If amendments are needed, a director must submit additional documents to the local Revenue Department office until approval is granted.

Step 4

Receive VAT Registration Certificate (PP.20)

Once documents are complete and approved, the Revenue Department will mail the PP.20 certificate to your business address, or you may choose to collect it at the local office. This takes approximately 45 business days from the approval date. Our team will inform you of the result and advise you on your post-registration obligations.
