Foundation Establishment Process

Step 1

Consultation and Information Gathering

We discuss your foundation's objectives, goals, and board structure. We advise on the initial endowment fund and required documents. You then submit all information and documents to our team.

Step 2

Preparing Government Forms and Drafting Bylaws

Our team prepares the foundation's bylaws, all government forms, the registration application, the pledge of assets letter, and every supporting document. Once completed, the documents are sent to the board members for signatures.

Step 3

Filing the Application with the Registrar

We file the foundation registration application through the District Office (in Bangkok) or the District Administrative Office (in other provinces) for forwarding to the Registrar. If officials have comments or require corrections, our team will make the amendments immediately.

Step 4

Follow-Up and Receiving the Registration Certificate

Once the documents pass the initial review, they are forwarded to the Department of Provincial Administration (in Bangkok) or the Provincial Hall (in other provinces), then to the Foundation Registrar for approval in queue. Our team will continuously coordinate and track the status until the Foundation Registration Certificate is issued, the announcement is published in the Royal Gazette, and the taxpayer identification number is obtained.
