Association Establishment Process

Step 1

Consultation and Information Gathering

We discuss the objectives, goals, and board structure of your association. We advise on the documents to prepare and the qualifications of board members and general members. You then submit all information and documents to our team.

Step 2

Preparing Government Forms and Drafting Bylaws

Our team prepares the association's bylaws, all government forms, the registration application (Form Sor.Khor.1), minutes of the founding meeting, board member statements, and every supporting document. Once completed, the documents are sent to the board members and general members for signatures.

Step 3

Filing the Application with the Registrar

We file the association registration application through the District Office (in Bangkok) or the District Administrative Office (in other provinces) for forwarding to the Registrar. If officials have comments or require corrections, our team will make the amendments immediately.

Step 4

Follow-Up and Receiving the Registration Certificate

Once the documents pass the initial review, they are forwarded to the Department of Provincial Administration (in Bangkok) or the Provincial Hall (in other provinces), then to the Association Registrar for approval in queue. Our team will continuously coordinate and track the status until the Association Registration Certificate is issued, the announcement is published in the Royal Gazette, and the taxpayer identification number is obtained.
